Each tier is valid for 12 months. Reach the tier's spending threshold again within that period to keep it; otherwise the tier steps down by one level at expiry. Store credit and reward history are unaffected.
These two are dealer partnership tiers. They are not granted by accumulated spending alone — a separate agreement with the store is required. Please contact customer service for details.
3Shared Pool Rewards
Invite one friend and you form your own squad as its captain. For every completed order by a squad member, the company contributes 6% of the net purchase amount into the squad pool, settled monthly.

You need RM 131 in net spend that month to take part in the split. Once you qualify, your share is worked out in proportion to how much you spent. Among members who all qualified, someone who spent RM 1,312 receives more than someone who spent RM 131. The threshold only decides who takes part; after that, it comes down to how much you spent.
To the person who invited you, you are a squad member. To those you invite, you are a captain. So in the same month you may receive both a member share and a captain reward.

If you breach the above and do not put it right after being notified, we may suspend or terminate your membership or dealer status. We reserve the right to reclaim rewards arising from the breach. We will tell you the reason by in-site notification or email beforehand, and you may respond within 7 days of receiving that notice.
7Returns and orders

Important notices
- This programme is based on actual purchases. It is not an investment product and no income is guaranteed. Rewards depend on actual squad spending and may be zero.
- There is no joining fee, franchise fee or stock purchase requirement. Membership is entirely free.
- Members must not use claims such as "guaranteed profit" or "easy money" when introducing others. Violations may result in termination of membership.
- Personal data is collected and processed under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), solely for order processing, notifications and member services. See our Privacy Policy.
- The company reserves the right to adjust programme parameters. Changes are announced on this page and by in-site notification, taking effect 30 days after announcement, without retroactive effect.
- Matters not covered here are governed by our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
8FAQ
Is there a fee to join?
It is completely free — no joining fee and no annual fee. You also receive 2,600 points when you sign up.
Do I have to refer people to get the discounts?
No. Tier discounts depend only on your own accumulated spending, so you can move up without referring anyone. Referrals simply add shared pool rewards on top.
How many people do I need to invite to become a captain?
Just one. As soon as one friend completes sign-up through your referral QR code, you become a captain with your own shared pool.
Is there a pool reward every month?
Not necessarily. Rewards come from your squad’s actual spending that month. If the squad does not buy anything, there is no reward. This programme is based on real purchases and does not guarantee any income.
Can my tier go down?
Yes. Each tier lasts 12 months. If you do not reach that tier’s spending threshold again within the period, it steps down by one level at expiry. Store credit you have already earned is unaffected.
Can points be converted to cash?
No. Points can only be used toward purchases at checkout (100 points = RM 1) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can you ship to Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Choose your delivery region at checkout; see the shipping table above for rates. Import duties overseas are borne by the recipient.
